I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were modern and really comfortable, offering a clean and comfortable environment but unfortunately did not come with a microwave. The service was truly exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The location was perfect, surrounded by restaurants and conveniently close to the medical center. However, the dining experience left much to be desired, with long wait times for food. Overall, a great hotel with some minor downsides.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. On the positive side, the rooms were upscale and spacious, though the absence of mid-range options was a drawback. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. However, the dining options left much to be desired, and the location, though convenient for accessing downtown attractions, fell short in terms of being in the financial district.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were very nice and clean, but I found them a bit too small for the price. On the bright side, there was a stain on the couch, but it was available and free. The service was simply ABOVE and BEYOND, with the staff going out of their way to make my stay unforgettable. The location was great, right in the financial district of Houston. The dining experience was good, but the wait time for food was a bit long. Overall, a fantastic hotel with some minor room size concerns and dining delays.
